The Law Office of Mark A. Webb was founded out of necessity. It was clear when we started that the old ways weren’t cutting it, and there was a need for modern solutions to modern problems. Simply put, established methods of law office management were wasting time and money, so we set out to bring our approach into the 21st century. Every effort has been made to incorporate technology into the practice, helping make your experience modern and comfortable as we strive to offer the very best legal services to those living in and traveling to the Lake of the Ozarks area and beyond.

I’m a native of the Lake of the Ozarks, Missouri area. After high school I earned a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Missouri-Columbia and returned to the Lake area, I worked for several local businesses until September 2008 when I began studying law at Thomas Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan. During law school, I was selected to serve as Director of Public Relations and Director of Intramurals for the Student Bar Association, where I was able to form a successful intramural golf program, the first of its kind at the school. I also volunteered as a Cooley Ambassador and assisted new students through the orientation process and transition into law school. I was awarded the Fitzgerald Student Award and the Cooley Ambassador Award for My efforts. After graduating in January 2011, I returned to Missouri for the February 2011 bar exam. I was admitted and sworn as a member of the Missouri Bar on May 6, 2011, and remain a member in good standing today.

I began practicing law in May 2011 as an associate attorney in Lake Ozark, Missouri. While an associate, I worked with talented and experienced trial attorneys and was able to sharpen my skills and engage in a wide variety of civil and criminal litigation. I have tried cases to both judges and juries and have built a strong reputation as an effective trial advocate. In September 2013, I founded the Law Office of Mark A. Webb, LLC, where I continue to advocate for the rights of Missourians today.

I am a member of the Missouri Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, an organization comprised of Missouri Lawyers committed to our own continuing education and the vigorous defense of our clients and their rights. Each year, I attend the annual Bernard Edelman DWI Law & Science Seminar, the most comprehensive such training available in Missouri.

I spend most of my free time enjoying Lake of the Ozarks with friends and family. I love watersports, golf, and hunting. I a member of the 26th Circuit Bench and Bar Association and rarely miss the chance to play in the monthly golf outing with colleagues.

 Where is Lake of the Ozarks?

The greater Lake of the Ozarks area covers parts of Camden, Miller, and Morgan Counties in Missouri’s 26th Judicial District. Some of the main municipalities within that area are Camdenton, Osage Beach, Lake Ozark, Linn Creek, Sunrise Beach, Versailles, Warsaw, Laurie, Rocky Mount, Tuscumbia, Eldon, and Four Seasons.
